Forums & Roundtables

These complimentary, 1 to 1 ½ day sessions focus on topics of specific interest to the group and are held regionally throughout the country. Each roundtable targets 12-20 institutional investors. The only investment managers in attendance will be those who are sponsoring the event (limit of 5 sponsors per roundtable). Our experience has proven that the IMI roundtable format is as effective as one-on-one meetings with prospects. In fact, many of our clients have built solid relationships leading to new business as a direct result of this format.

A forum is a 2 ½ – 4 day event held at a resort location for a group of 25 to 35 institutional investors. Each forum is underwritten by a limited number of investment managers. No other vendors are permitted to attend the event. Forum sponsorship includes co-hosting all cocktail receptions, dinners, after dinner drinks, golf or special events as well as working breakfast and luncheons. A display table will be present throughout the event for your firm literature and promotional “giveaways”. Three sponsoring firm members may attend. Social events coupled with formal general and informal roundtable sessions make IMI’s forums an ideal venue for forming new and strengthening existing relationships.
